Grocery List API is a REST backend for managing personal shopping lists. Core features: Registration with email verification, JWT authentication with rotating refresh tokens, user profiles, product creation, updates and deletion, purchase status tracking, filtering, pagination, and pending purchase totals. Supports regular, perishable, and consumer goods. Built with Nest.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, with Swagger API documentation and an encrypted email queue.
